Loft conversions are less disruptive than most other residential developments, there are no excavations of soil or concrete involved, and the majority of work is undertaken by accessing the property via the roof and scaffolding. We take care of your home internals and cover everything in the passage/ stairway below the loft opening, especially sealing tight the carpets and 1st floor bedroom doors.

We do require you to purchase and supply your shower ensuite ware and all floor coverings for rooms, stairs and passage. These consist of the shower tray or bathtub and glass enclosure, w.c pan, shower mixer, hand basin with mixer, towel radiator, wall and floor tiles.

A typical dormer conversions will take between 8-10 weeks including decoration and fine detailing.

We customize the payment plan to ensure neither the company or the client are exposed during the project. The final payment of 5% is only payable when all the agreed work is complete including a snag list.We understand the worries of paying large sums of money to a contractor you appoint for the first time, and to reassure you, we only request payment after the phase of work purposed, is completed, so you will see the results before you make payments. We prefer bank transfer to protect yourselves and ourselves.

Yes, we have £2,000,000.00 public liability and indemnity insurance in effect with the same company since 1999 and are proud to we haven’t made a claim since.

Yes, we provide the total package in our service, we assign our own qualified architect to your project, who will produce several designs for you to select and once completed, we assign our building control surveyor to see this build through to receiving the completion certificate.quotations needed.
